Got a call off someone claiming they were ringing from EE saying I’d been chosen for a 33% discount on my bill. I said, “Cool, go ahead.” Then they tried to get me to verify my email, probably to bombard me with junk and gather more of my details. I asked the woman if she could give me the security pin I set up with EE to prove it was a genuine call, but she had no idea what I was on about. So, I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.
