Just got a call from someone named Alan Wise on 07553410898 claiming to be with Northampton County Court's Civil Justice Department. They gave me a case number but it turned out to be fake. Definitely a dodgy scam, don’t trust it!

Some guy rang up saying he was from the high court. I tried to get some proper info about why the high court bailiffs would be coming. He then said it was something to do with the parish council, which we actually knew about, but we didn’t proceed with it. In the end, no bailiffs showed up, so I guess they twigged they wasn’t going to get anything from me. Too clever for them, really.

Some bloke called Alan Wise saying I had debts and needed to pay up quick to avoid a CCJ. I told him I wanted the paperwork first and didn’t give any money.

Got a call earlier claiming I had a CCJ and that bailiffs were on their way to my workplace. They somehow had my home address, work address, and business info - all stuff you can easily find online or at Companies House. The caller, who said his name was Alan Wise, rambled on in a really clumsy and confusing way that just didn’t add up. Definitely sounded like a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from the court, saying bailiffs were on their way. They offered to accept a payment straight away to stop them showing up, saying the money would be kept in a "court account". Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

My partner got a call from someone saying enforcement officers were heading over. When I rang the number back, the bloke was really rude to me. What a nasty scam!
