Had a call from someone pretending to be the police, telling me my National Insurance Number was at risk and that they'd arrest me if I didn’t get in touch. They reckoned they were legit but honestly sounded dodgy. The weird thing is, I got the exact same recorded message 7 times, each from a different phone number, but they all began with 07443 38####. Looks like someone’s just snapped up a whole bunch of SIM cards to keep ringing people.
