Got the same dodgy robo call about some sort of suspicious payments - one for £199 through Amazon and another one for £899 from who knows where. They said press 1 to confirm or 2 to speak to their department. When I hit 2, I ended up talking to some woman with an English name but an obvious Indian accent, she just cut me off when I questioned what the charges were for. Such a scammy setup!
