Got a text off 07442 694723 saying I’ve got a parking ticket dated 22/09/2024. The message said to click a link to see how much I owe, and if I don’t pay up, I’ll miss out on a 50% discount. I always thought parking fines were posted to you, not sent by text. To appeal, they said I’d have to pay first, which sounds a bit dodgy to me.

Like someone mentioned before, I got a message about a parking fine from the council dated 21/9/24. It said to click a link and pay up to get half off the fine. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
