My partner got a text today from 07442565290, similar to what others mentioned. It was supposedly from PCN, claiming he'd missed a deadline and warning about extra charges if he didn't phone back. He replied asking who they were and what it was about but got nothing back. We've now blocked and deleted both the message and the number. Total scammers if you ask me.

Got this text saying there’s a deadline for a PCN to dodge extra fees but it didn’t say who it was from, just had a link to click on.

Got a message today saying my PCN deadline is tomorrow, warning about extra charges and all that, plus a link to click. No info on who's sending it or any other details, just really vague. Seems dodgy to me.
