I got a call from someone pretending to be Sky, claiming my internet speed was all over the place. They then passed me on to a so-called "manager" who asked me to turn on my laptop so she could guide me through some steps. I told them Sky already have my address and I get mail from them regularly. When I asked if they could send a letter to confirm they were genuine, they just hung up on me. Total scam, be careful!
