Got a call from some bloke named John who claimed I could get money back on my car finance. He kept insisting it wasn't a scam and that I'd been approved for financial compensation. I asked for the car's registration number, knowing full well we ain't entitled to any payout since we'd checked ages ago. He dodged the question, said no details right now. I told him straight up I thought it was dodgy, asked him not to ring me again, then hung up and blocked the number.

Got a bunch of calls from some dodgy car finance lot. Honestly, best not to pick up or bother replying.

They called and I told them to use another name, seemed dodgy to me. I get loads of calls from numbers that look alike, probably a scam.
