Some callers just don't take No for an answer and keep talking over you. I've told them I want to speak to a manager, only to say that I am the manager. When I say No, it’s final. I have to end the call, but even then they keep yelling until I hang up. It's so frustrating!

I guess Emergency Solar Energy is alright as a business. It’s nice catching a call that isn’t from the Far East - not that I have anything against folks there, just the kinds of calls you often get from that region can be quite irritating. The salesperson was pretty aggressive, though.
