This woman sounded proper miserable, like she really didn’t wanna be there, then handed me off to a bloke. They said I’d put my number online but wouldn’t say where they found it. Anglian Windows. I submitted a request for a quote online. They use some sort of automated system that rings loads of numbers at once and connects their rep to whoever picks up first, while dropping all the other calls. It’s handy for them but totally annoying and almost feels like harassment for those on the receiving end. Got 13 calls from them in just two days.

They just won’t stop calling. I told them through their online chat when I asked for a quick quote that I wasn’t interested anymore since they said I had to have a home visit first. Anglian Windows. I filled out one of their ONLINE quote forms, but no chance, they don’t actually do instant online quotes like they claim. They say "instant quote" but then it takes a phone call the next day (followed by loads more calls). Not giving them my measly £6000 or so for new windows.

They’ve called me nearly 40 times this past week. I’ve told them loads of times to stop calling and just leave me alone. The person on the other end has an accent that sounds Pakistani or similar, always asking if I’m up to date with my payments. Proper annoying!
