Approved Index rang me right after I asked for a quote on expertmarket[###]. While chatting to the guy, I was checking the other reviews and my phone actually flagged it as maybe a scam, so I was cautious about what I was telling him. But he only confirmed the info I’d put in on the web form, so it seemed alright. Basically, he just rang to verify the details and said they'd send me a quote via email. Nothing dodgy.
