got a message from 07858769198 saying it was paypal and to call 07441449653 about an £800 payment i allegedly made! i knew straight away it was dodgy, so i looked up the numbers here. cheers to this website, ive now marked it as a scam.

Got a call out of the blue asking if I’d paid £800 - sounds like another dodgy scam to me.

Got a text from someone claiming I'd sent money to their PayPal account, which I don’t even have! Told them they’re wasting their time, reported the number and blocked it straight away. What a muppet!
