Complete timeshare con!

Received a call from a number that didn't say a word. I've since added it to my blocked list.

Had a ring from this number at half ten this morning, on the 20th of July, 2024. Since we didn’t recognise it, we decided to let it ring out rather than pick up.

What a right swindle this is! I don't even own a timeshare! 😊

This particular number buzzes my phone around four to five times daily without fail, and each call lasts a wee bit under 20 seconds. Oddly enough, there's never a soul on the other end. Quite the peculiar nuisance, if you ask me!

Just a short while after receiving a call from a mysterious number, my phone buzzed again with another unfamiliar contact. When I picked up, there was an eerie silence on the other end. I've previously flagged a different number that you have listed as a potential scam.

Consistent calls coming through on the home phone without a single message left – I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

I did a quick search for this number and lo and behold, it’s a scam! They've been calling me four times this week already. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

Received a couple of calls from this number while I was busy on another line. No idea who's behind it, but I've noticed that when I get calls from 0203 numbers, they typically tend to be linked to timeshare promotions or energy insulation offers.

Whenever my landline rings with a number that doesn't display a name, I simply let it go to voicemail. I've found it’s best to wait and see if they leave a message. Interestingly, I've received a staggering 17 such calls just this week alone, and it's been pretty relentless over the last fortnight!

It's absolutely infuriating to receive calls from individuals who must have somehow got hold of my number without permission, all in a bid to pursue my supposed timeshare claim. For the record, I've never owned a timeshare! It's rather tiresome that they seem incapable of scrubbing my number from their databases.

A dodgy caller requested my name and then abruptly ended the call, so I have a feeling I'll be inundated with more of these calls soon… Perhaps I should stash my phone in a metal container next time and give it a good whack!

They didn’t pick up, did they? If it’s either the Lottery or Led Zeppelin trying to get me to join in on the next comeback, I suppose they’ll give me a bell again and drop a voicemail.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be nothing more than a spammy nuisance. Without engaging, I simply hung up. Shortly after, I got a text message from that same Timeshare Advice Centre. No thanks! Straight to the block list they went!
