At first it was quiet, then I heard some noise in the background like an office or call centre, but right after that it just went completely silent.

Funny thing is, we don’t even own a boiler! This was actually the sixth time I’d been contacted by similar numbers over the past few days.

Got 5 calls in just 3 days from what seemed like different folks yet all from the same mobile number. I wasn’t familiar with this telephone preference service thing they mentioned. When I asked who they were with, they wouldn’t say, and didn’t seem to accept that I’d already spoken to someone from that number before, even though I told em nicely to stop calling. Eventually, when they started getting stubborn and didn’t respect my wishes, I just hung up on them. Quite annoying!
