Got a call earlier from some bloke saying he was from Amazon, asking if I had a Prime membership. He tried to tell me there was a dodgy transaction made that morning. I wasn’t keen on chatting so just ended the call. Then I checked my Amazon account myself and everything looked fine, no strange purchases at all. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

I got a call from this number saying there was an issue with my Amazon account about some weird transactions. Seemed a bit dodgy to me. The person asked me to press a button, but I refused. I told them I'd get in touch with my bank, but they insisted the bank couldn't assist. After ending the call, I logged into my Amazon account, reported the incident through their support, and changed my password straight away.
