Got a call claiming my contract was up for renewal, but it sounded like a scam. Don’t trust it!

Totally a scam. They try to push mobile phones on cheap contracts. From what I know, you’ll get a message from Three saying a phone is on its way, sent via DPD and claimed to be from Three. The problem is, the con artists have actually gone onto Three’s site and set up a contract using your details without you knowing. Then, you might get a phone in the post that roughly matches the price they first mentioned, but it won’t be the one you wanted. (Unless it’s a cheaper phone and you don’t realise a scam is happening.) Basically, it’s all about grabbing your personal info and confirming your address is legit.
