Some bloke called, saying it was about financial stuff. I told him to jog on with his dodgy spiel and to give his mum a bell for me. Then he threatened I'd be hearing from their lawyers. I just laughed and said I'd be well chuffed to hear from both the lawyers and his mum.

I got a call from someone saying they were with "Educational Plus", and they already knew my name. They kept asking if I'd done financial trading before and were really pushing that I'd signed up with them before, which I definitely hadn't. Couldn't figure out where they got the info from!

The line was really noisy and some person claimed to be from Financial Educational Training. They asked for my name and email, saying I'd begun but not finished signing up, and needed more details. When I pressed about where they got my email from, they mentioned a marketing team. But as soon as I asked who that marketing team was, they just stopped responding and then cut the call. Definitely a total scam.

Got a call from some bloke named Andre earlier, talkin’ about some kind of financial training. I told him I wasn’t interested. Then he asked why not. I explained I hadn’t signed up for anything and thanked him anyway. He kept going on about how he knows me and thinks I need this. There was loads of noise in the background as well. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I got a call from some dodgy number with loads of background noise, and the person claimed they were from some education programme. They told me I’d signed up for a trading course or something. When I told them I hadn’t, they got all defensive, going like, “How do you reckon I am? I’ve got your full name, email, and phone number. You think I’m some kind of god or what?” Proper weird!

Some bloke rang me claiming he was from some education department or whatever, but there was loads of noise behind him. He asked how my day was going. I just said I suspected he was a scammer. Then he kept saying he couldn’t hear me properly. I told him no worries, I’d spell it out for him. So I said, “F.R.A.U.D.S.T.E.R.” and he hung up straight away. Honestly, if someone can’t clearly say who they are or their organisation, they're most likely a con. Simple as that.

Got a call earlier and when I asked where they found my number, their reply was "just Google and Facebook, it's really not difficult to get your number." Honestly, that's pretty creepy!

Got a call from PM today, someone trying to get me to talk with their financial trader. I told them I’m on the TPS list, so they shouldn’t be cold calling me like this. They insisted I must have started the contact, which isn’t true at all. I told them not to phone me again, but the woman said they’d keep ringing every day! Got a call from PM earlier asking to talk to one of their financial traders. Told them I’m registered with the TPS and they shouldn’t be cold calling me like this. They kept insisting I had started something with them, which absolutely isn’t true. I told them to stop calling but the woman actually said they’d be ringing me daily! I’ve blocked the number now, but I’m sure they’ve got loads more to try.
