Got a call around 9 in the evening. It's so frustrating that these cold callers never seem to go away - you block one number and then another one pops up out of nowhere. Honestly, I just want some quiet and calm in my own house.

I got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent, he'd phoned once before and we told him we weren’t interested. He wanted to ask us some questions. Then on 18/05/2017, about 8pm, he called again trying to get us to answer more questions. We said no politely and ended the call. But he rang back straight away, and we again said no and hung up. He kept calling, and each time we turned him down. The fourth time, I just let it ring until the answering machine kicked in, then he gave up and hung up. This feels like proper harassment. Does anyone know how to make it stop?
