Got a call from this number claiming to be from the Irish Garda, saying I owe money to the government over here. They rattled off loads of details about my property and names, even said they’d been to my place and left messages - which is rubbish because I’ve checked and there’s nothing. Turns out the number’s linked to Lycamobile in the UK, which makes me wonder how they even got hold of my info. The Irish accent was awful too, sounded fake as hell. If someone knows how to track these scammers down, I’m keen to make sure they get caught.
