So, after what I said yesterday, I found out this number actually belongs to my phone company. They had cut off my service, which caused quite a hassle to fix. I got a call from this number and when I picked up, there was an automated voice saying my service would be disconnected in a couple of hours. It then offered two options: press 1 for an explanation in English or 2 for Chinese. I decided to just hang up since they never said who they were or if they actually were my phone company. Sounds like a scam to me. I bet if you pressed to find out why, they'd ask for money to stop the disconnection!
