We experienced the very same problem recently. Forty calls came through. We tried to return the call, but all we got was some music before it cut off. Anyone know who this might be?

We're in the same boat here. I've reached out to Ofcom, O2, Lycamobile, the Telephone Preference Service, the Ombudsman for phones, and even the police. Not a single one of them seems willing or capable of doing anything to get these pests off our backs!
