This bloke rang me saying he was from BT, but he called from a mobile number, which was a bit suspicious. He said there was an issue with my landline, even though it was working fine, which I told him and he just went quiet on that! He did know my exact postal address though. I asked him if BT could send me a letter or email about it, but he said no, that wasn’t an option. So I just ended the call there.
