Got a call from 0208 1447910, said they were from E-on and wanted to know who supplies my energy. I asked for their phone number and they gave me a mobile with extension 5017. Then I handed them a number to ring back, told them it was our main office. They sounded surprised, like "you've got a main office?" I gave them 0333 888888 - it’s the number for annoying pushy callers who keep pestering folks. Total hassle!

I got a call from someone claiming I was charged too much for my electricity bill. They asked for personal info, but I just told them to what name are they talking about and what proof do they have? Don't share any details with these kinds of calls, or better still, just ignore it.
