If you want these scam calls to stop, you’ve gotta report them straight to the cyber crime police. They’ve made it super easy for anyone to flag suspicious texts, calls, emails, or other dodgy tries at fraud. I found out about this after raising the whole scam call issue with my local MP. These scammers don’t want us sharing this stuff, but if you don’t tell the authorities, nothing’s gonna change.

Every time you get one of these scam calls or messages, make sure you report it straight away to the cyber crime unit designed to make it easy for anyone to flag texts, emails and phone scams. I was advised to do this after raising the issue with my local MP about all the scam calls I was getting. There’s info on how to report scams just a little further up this thread and also about 15 posts beneath. The scammers definitely don’t want folks to know this. If no one bothers reporting them, nothing will ever be done to put a stop to it.
