Got a guy on the phone who said he was from the MBNA Fraud Dept, sounded proper convincing and even did a video call through WhatsApp. He tried slyly to grab my bank info saying it was to sort out an unathorised charge on my MBNA credit card. Turns out this was connected to some dodgy BOOTS survey promising a freebie but it's all a con!
