He said there was a red alert on my solar panels and that he needed to turn the system off for safety reasons, then pushed that I’d need some expensive parts changed before it’d be safe to use again. Thing is, I checked with Solar Edge directly and they hadn’t any clue who George was, or this ‘Michael’ bloke he claimed to be working alongside.
