This morning, I got a call from someone named Tariq who said he was calling from BT. He said he needed to test my broadband speed and wanted access to my computer, saying he'd guide me through it. It felt dodgy, like a scam to get remote access. He was really insistent that I shouldn’t check the speed on my Kindle. Plus, he came off quite aggressive and wasn't polite at all. Watch out for calls like this.
