Just got a call from some sort of robot voice claiming to be from Amazon saying my Prime subscription was about to renew, and they'd charge me over £70 from my bank. They asked me to press 1 if that was correct, so I could speak to a manager. I’ve had Prime for nearly two years and only ever pay the usual £7.99 each month. Watch out though, pressing 1 might mess up your phone bill with hidden charges.
