Watch out, this is definitely a scam. Some person who says their name is Lily calls up pretending to be all friendly. After chatting for a bit, they start asking for naughty photos and want your social media info too. Then, they threaten to share those photos with your friends unless you pay them about £500. Honestly, I think this scam might be coming from Russia. Best to just ignore and block them.
