Received a call on my home phone from an Asian bloke named Derek claiming to be from the Telephone Preference Service, saying he wanted to upgrade my service for free. He seemed to know my name and address. When I mentioned that TPS doesn't usually call people, he kept insisting that they do. A week ago, I got a almost identical call and had already blocked and reported it. Seems like another scam to me. I've reported this call too. My phone provider's Vodafone.
