I reckon this phone number is linked to a scam. I got an automated voice telling me there’d been a couple of charges on my bank account - one for some Amazon stuff and then a bigger purchase afterwards. They asked me to press buttons on the keypad to get help, which is obviously where the trick happens. Honestly, don’t get caught out by it. If you’re unsure, just ring your bank yourself to check.
