As numerous others have pointed out regarding similar digits, this particular number belongs to a notorious con artist named Stuart Wright, residing at 21A Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. It's hardly surprising that he’s settled into such a lovely, spacious residence; he’s been busy tricking folks left, right and centre!

Got a call from someone saying they were from the NHS but it just went straight through to a Vodafone voicemail. Also, they were asking for payment to do any tests, which sounded really dodgy to me.
