Be careful with this number, it's really dodgy with money. A woman from Herefordshire got a message saying she owed £20 for a parking fine and it had a link that looked like a government site but wasn't. This week alone, five people have called Herefordshire Council about the same scam, now they're just beginning to take reports about mobile numbers. There's also another one to watch out for: 07438520143.

I got a message about some parking fine, it only mentions a date but there wasn't any time included. There’s no picture or exact spot where I supposedly parked. They just want £20, and if I don't pay it, it’ll supposedly double. Then they asked me for my car’s registration, which seemed pretty fishy to me. I’m not about to get caught up in this scam.
