I got a call from 07377917743 saying they couldn’t process my last payment and that I need to update my details through my 02 account to dodge any extra charges. Thing is, my bills are always paid by direct debit. When I rang the number back, they just told me to leave a voicemail with the info they wanted. Bit dodgy if you ask me!
