Got a call from a guy claiming to be William, sounded Asian, about my BT internet. I said I didn’t have BT internet (even though I actually do) and he goes "I know, but we’re the supplier for your provider". He was basically faking being from Openreach but didn’t even get their name right. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
