Got a message yesterday, 16th October, saying my EE bill hadn’t gone through and they'd cut off my service. The text had a weird WhatsApp link, but never mentioned EE anywhere. Something felt off so I called EE directly. They told me my account was all paid up and that it was definitely a scam - apparently they only email about payments, never text. Watch out for this number, folks. - Philip
