Scam alert - Got a text from a mobile number about a Barclays charge for Travelodge. They wanted me to send a PIN code! Honestly, I just wish these con artists would disappear for good!

Got a text off 389179407432 telling me I had a one-time password and needed to pay £479.83 to Travelodge. They asked me to ring a different number, 02032901701, to cancel the payment - which I hadn’t even made. After a bit of digging, I reckon it’s a scam. Just thought I’d let you know about it.
