Got a call from a place claiming to be REC, sounded like a recruitment firm at first. After a quick google, it turns out they’re more about training and certifying recruiters rather than actually hiring people. They don’t really do recruitment themselves, just focus on rules and standards. I never dealt with them before, so how they got my name and job info is beyond me. Feels dodgy, definitely looks like a scam to me.
