Watch out, had someone from Gumtree pulling a fast one on me!

Definitely a scam! I put up an advert on Gumtree and then got a WhatsApp message with a bogus Gumtree link. They wanted my bank info so they could ‘transfer’ money for the item and delivery. When I tried ringing them a few times, they got really insistent on WhatsApp, saying it’d cause trouble if I didn’t send the details immediately. Total dodgy behaviour!
