I got a text from 07432380781 saying it was from myGov about a tax refund of £253.65 and asked me to sign into some dodgy website to claim it. Thing is, I spent over 45 years working with HMRC, so I know that’s not how they handle refunds at all. Totally a scam if you ask me!
