I came across a bloke advertising iPhones on Craigslist, looked pretty genuine at first. He even gave me his Barclays bank details, which I still have saved. Feeling a bit naive, I transferred £100 to buy an iPhone 6s. When I asked if he'd got the money, he initially said no. I then sent him the deposit slip as proof, but he claimed there was no reference number on it. I pointed out the reference on the receipt, sent it over again, and he just replied "OK" before blocking my number completely. Can't get hold of him anymore. Seriously, steer clear of this scammer!

This individual is a complete charlatan who seems to flit between different platforms, leaving glowing reviews about himself. I took the plunge and ordered a mobile phone, but I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for it to arrive. So theres these folks on Londons Craigslist selling a Bugaboo Donkey Duo pram. We went ahead and paid, but never got anything sent to us. They keep saying they never got the money, which we know isnt true. Shes told us the fraud team is on it and they will find out who took the cash. Fingers crossed they catch the scammers soon.
