2 yearsGot a call from this number saying they were "3 customer service". They claimed they could slash my bill in half but strangely had no info about me apart from my phone number. They asked for my email and postcode, and it kinda sounded legit at first. But when I told them to just send promos by email and said I was about to hang up, they kept pushing for my email. That felt odd - I get loads of promo emails anyway. Biggest warning was they didn’t even know my name, which to me is a massive warning sign.
