Got a call from someone with an Indian accent pretending to be from O2, saying they needed to set up delivery for a new sim card upgrade. They never used my name and straight away asked for my security word. When I questioned why they weren't ringing from an 0800 number, they just ended the call and said they'd ring back properly. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
