I reckon this call is coming from India. The delay after I answer makes me think they might be ringing a bunch of numbers at once.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE saying there's a special deal on offer. Felt a bit fishy, like they were just trying to scam me. Definitely sounded like a promo gimmick rather than an official call.
