At precisely 12:02 pm, I received a call from a woman who identified herself as part of BT's Customer Services and Security team, using the mobile number 07428693956. She claimed that an engineer was working on my line and had spotted an additional IP address linked to my premises. However, I've never known BT to ring customers from a mobile number, and it's worth noting that IP addresses are assigned through the router, not by individual users.
