This is the third time today I’ve got calls from various numbers saying my Amazon Prime, which I don’t even have, has been renewed and to press 1 to cancel. Out of curiosity, I pressed 1 and ended up chatting with a really polite woman with an Indian accent. She told me that cancelling was something I’d need to do online and asked if I was on my PC right now. I told her straight up it was a con, added a few choice words, and she just hung up. Blocking the numbers is pointless anyway since they always use a different one each time.
