This number rang me earlier and when I answered, there was silence for a bit before a recorded voice came on saying "Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs." I ended the call straight away, as I knew it was dodgy for two reasons: one, HMRC would never call from a mobile starting with 07, and two, it's been "His Majesty's" Revenue and Customs for a couple of years now, so the message was obviously old and fishy.
