Got a call from someone claiming to be from Citex Bank about my account. I told them I don’t actually have an account with them. Then she insisted, “We have an account here that needs updating.” I said again, “No, I never opened one.” Then she suddenly asked, “Do you want to open an account?” I reminded her, “But you just said I already have one.” And then she just hung up on me.
