I came across this lady online claiming she sells sculptures. She asks for payment through PayPal but throws all sorts of nonsense at you when you try to pay. Total rip-off, be careful!

Got a call from a recorded voice saying it was the bank's security team. I just ended the call straight away - definitely a scam!

I got a call supposedly about confirming my Amazon Prime. No effort was made to find out who answered - it just went straight to a recorded message. Honestly, it was pretty rubbish from start to finish.

Got this dodgy call saying there’s been two transactions on my Visa card - £300 to Amazon and £1000 to some money transfer place. They’ve phoned me about this twice in the last couple of days and a bunch more times before that. Proper scam if you ask me.

I got one of those "Bank Security" calls the other day. This woman was asking if it was me she was speaking to and why would a bank ring me on my mobile anyway. I told her to prove it or else, and she just ended the call. Honestly, you’d think these scammers would have run out of fools by now - feels like they’re just after the elderly or anyone who might fall for it. It’s just awful how low they stoop.

My phone rang from 07427600919 and I got a recorded message saying there were suspicious charges on my card. It asked me to press 1 to speak with someone. A lady came on and started asking loads of stuff like my name, postcode, and when I'd last used my card. Then she wanted my sort code but I told her I didn’t know it and she should already have it since she called me. After that, she asked for the full card number, but I said she must already have it. I told her I was onto the scam, and she just said "I'll let the payments go through" before hanging up.

Loads of calls from different mobiles claiming to be about card payments for Amazon and other firms keep coming through. They never say the actual bank or card company, just some vague 'Bank Security' thing, but I can't track down any company by that name. When I pressed 2 to find out who it was, the person on the line spoke with a strong Indian accent, mentioned my details, then just cut off. When I called the number back, someone picked up briefly but then the line went dead - feels like the number could be cloned or fake.

I just got a voicemail from this number claiming I owed £99 to Amazon, which I definitely don’t. Pretty clear that it’s a scam. I quickly hung up as soon as I heard it.

Received a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media. They went on about how ten individuals were supposedly tapping into my WiFi. I found it rather amusing since my router wasn’t even active! Predictably, they ended the conversation rather abruptly.

A weird bloke rang me asking me to verify some money transfers and said to press 1 or 2. I didn’t press anything since it screamed scam to me. The number was 07427600919.

I received a call from someone inquiring about my BT line, claiming I was using it illegally. The thing is, I don't even pay BT, so I'm absolutely convinced it's a scam. This happened around the Blackburn with Darwen area.

I received a call from a gentleman with a rather thick accent claiming to be from SKY. His speech was quite muddled, and honestly, I could barely make out what he was saying. I chose to cut him off straight away and politely declined, hanging up before he could start his little sales spiel. It felt dodgy, to say the least. Definitely a scam, if you ask me!

Telephone rebate service? I wouldn't trust it; seems like a dodgy scheme to me.

Got a robotic voice message saying I'd racked up a £1000 debt and made a £300 purchase on Amazon. I've never bought anything close to that big in one go, total scam if you ask me.

Claims I've been swindled out of anywhere between £300 and £1000 on Amazon - it's absolutely ludicrous! Do they genuinely think we're that naive? I've got a little plan up my sleeve for this joker.

I got a couple of calls from a really pushy woman who claimed there was something wrong with my Microsoft licence. When I looked up the first number she called from, it turned out to be linked to some Amazon scam. She got quite rude, asking why I’d ended the call. If she was genuine, why would she ring me on a new number instead of the first? Then, later on, I got a third ring from 004337771678, but I didn’t pick up.
