Somebody called pretending to be from Amazon, saying I had two active subscriptions - one monthly and one annual. They claimed my personal info had been used fraudulently to sign up. I’d already checked my bank account and saw nothing unusual. When I asked what steps they planned to take to sort it out, the call was abruptly ended. If it was legit, surely they would have explained how they intended to assist me.
